1. Scope of Services
DeepClean Crew specializes in detailed deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, and move-out sanitization. Our services are performed according to our standardized cleaning checklists. While we strive to remove all stains and buildup, certain surfaces may have permanent damage or discoloration that cannot be rectified by standard deep cleaning methods. We reserve the right to decline cleaning specific items or areas if they pose a safety hazard or require specialized restoration equipment.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Any quote provided through our website form, by email, or by phone is an estimate based on the information provided regarding property size, condition, and requested services. If the actual condition of the property requires significantly more time or labor than standard for the requested service size, we will contact you to approve an adjusted rate before continuing work.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure the property has active electricity and running hot water on the day of service.
- For move-out and move-in cleanings, the property should be entirely clear of furniture and personal belongings unless previously arranged.
- Secure any fragile, highly valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to the arrival of our cleaning crew.
- Provide clear access to the property at the scheduled arrival time.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If our crew arrives at the property and is unable to access it, a lockout fee will apply.
5. Limitation of Liability
While DeepClean Crew is fully insured and exercises the utmost care during every cleaning session, we cannot assume liability for pre-existing damage, unstable structures, or items not properly secured. Any claims for damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the service completion.
6. Modifications to Terms
DeepClean Crew reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page and will apply to any cleanings booked after the specified effective date.
